ORDER:

What happens after i order?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number shortly after you order. We will also notify you by email as soon as your delivery leaves our warehouse. This email will also provide you with your tracking number.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Will sold out products be restocked?

Yes & No. Classic Collection items will be restocked until a new collection is released. But pieces in the Vocal Wear Exclusive collection are limited and will not be available again once sold out.

Can I modify my order after payment?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order after payment. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure that your address is correct before completing your purchase.

Is international shipping available?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please visit our Shipping page for details.

Why has my shipping tracking not been updated for several days?

Reasons your tracking may not be updated:
Your order is packed and awaiting pickup by the carrier.
Your order is in transit but delayed due to missing information.
Please be patient; the carrier will contact us or you, and we will work to resolve any issues.

What if my shipment is incorrect or damaged?

We sincerely apologize for any errors or damages caused by us or the shipping carrier. Please contact us at info@vocalwear.shop, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

RETURNS:

What are the refund guidelines?

Anything purchased online can be returned within 14 days. To return the item, please create a return mailing label. This label must be placed in the package so that we can assign the return to your order.
The cost of return shipping for purchased items is the responsibility of the customer.
- All products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- All original tags must still be attached to the products.
The costs and risks associated with any return are the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure that you keep proof of deposit until the refund or exchange has been issued. 

Do i have to pay for a return shipment?

Yes, you must pay for the cost of your return.

When will I receive my refund?

If our quality department is satisfied that the returned item(s) meet(s) the condition for accepting a return, you will be credited with a refund within 10–15 days. The refund will be made using the original payment method. The refund does not include delivery costs.
