Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal, meaning you can revoke your contractual declaration under the following instructions:
Withdrawal Policy for Goods Capable of Parcel Delivery Delivered in a Single Shipment
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Global Venture s.p. z.o.o., Chłapowskiego 10, 60-965 Poznań, Poland, Email: info@vocalwear.shop, by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory. You may also electronically submit the withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website [vocalwear.shop]. If you use this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation (e.g., by email) of the receipt of such a withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with you; in no case will you incur any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of returning the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Note
Please return the goods, if possible, in their original packaging along with all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable protective outer packaging to prevent transport damage. Avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please note that your right of withdrawal and its consequences exist independently of this note, which serves solely to simplify the return process.
Withdrawal Policy for Multiple Ordered Goods Delivered Separately

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

Notes on the Non-Existence of the Right of Withdrawal
There are exceptions to the statutory right of withdrawal in the following cases:
According to § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which the consumer’s individual selection or determination is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
In these cases, even consumers as defined in § 13 BGB are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
There are exceptions to the statutory right of withdrawal in the following cases:
EU/Poland (Directive 2011/83/EU & Polish Civil Code): The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on the consumer's individual choice or decision, or goods that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
United Kingdom (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013): The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
Switzerland: Although there is no statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss law, we exclude the right of withdrawal for goods that are personalized or manufactured according to the consumer's specifications.
United States: Under U.S. law, while the right to cancel orders may vary by state, custom-made or personalized goods are generally exempt from the right of withdrawal or cancellation.
In these cases, consumers are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
